My Next Mattress is a leading online retailer of mattresses and bedding products. They had been using an older ecommerce platform, but as their business grew, they found that the platform was no longer able to meet their needs. The client approached our team to migrate their website to Magento 2 to improve scalability, performance and security.

Due to the existing site built on Magento 1 and coming to end of life, The client had limited scalability and performance issues which were affecting their ability to attract and retain customers. The website’s checkout process was also outdated and hampered by unsupported payment gateways, which was causing a high rate of cart abandonment. Additionally, the website was not utilising the latest features and functions we wanted to incorporate.
